Privacy and account deletion
Send privacy rights requests from the account email to [email protected]. You may also disconnect Twitch or Telegram, change notifications, and request deletion in Settings. We may ask for proportionate identity verification. Cancel an active Paddle renewal before deleting the DropHarbor account.
Security reports
Report a suspected account or data-security issue to [email protected] with the subject “Security”. Do not test against other users, access data beyond what is necessary to demonstrate the issue, disrupt production, or disclose a vulnerability publicly before we have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate.
Complaints and escalation
Mark a formal complaint clearly and state the outcome you seek. We will review relevant account, service, and payment records and respond in good faith. If the response does not resolve the matter, you retain any right to contact Paddle, your payment provider, a competent consumer or data-protection authority, or a court.
