05 — FAQ
FAQ
The practical details before you connect an account.
Do you need my Twitch password?
You enter your password only on the Twitch page inside a temporary browser on our server. Password saving is disabled, and the temporary profile is deleted after sign-in. The verified session is kept privately so collection can continue automatically.
Is DropHarbor affiliated with Twitch?
No. DropHarbor is an independent third-party service and is not affiliated with Twitch or Amazon.
Are rewards guaranteed?
No. Campaign eligibility, availability, and enforcement remain under Twitch and game publishers.
Does my computer need to stay on?
No. The worker runs on DropHarbor infrastructure, so campaign progress can continue after you close the browser or turn off your computer.
Can I choose which game is farmed first?
Yes. Build a priority queue of supported games. When eligible campaigns are available, the worker follows that order.
How will I know a Drop was claimed?
The dashboard records recent claims. You can also enable email or Telegram notifications for claimed Drops and issues that need your attention.
