Fixed access periods

Plans provide access for a fixed period. Contact support promptly if a duplicate charge or technical service failure occurred.

Non-refundable conditions

Campaign availability, reward eligibility, and platform enforcement outside DropHarbor’s control are not guarantees of refund. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
