Contact and Support

Information current as of: 22 September 2026

Contact the registered operator of DropHarbor for technical help, billing questions, complaints, privacy requests, or legal notices.

Operator details

  • Operator: FOP Ovcharenko Ruslan Serhiiovych.
  • Country of registration and operation: Ukraine.
  • Taxpayer/registration number (RNOKPP): 3482609212.

Contact channels

Requests are accepted at any time. We aim to provide a substantive reply to ordinary support matters within 5 business days and legal, privacy, or refund reviews within 10 business days. Complex identity, platform, security, or payment investigations may take longer; a mandatory legal deadline always prevails.

  • Technical support, subscriptions, payments, and refund requests: [email protected].
  • Privacy requests, formal complaints, and legal notices: [email protected].

What to include

Never send a password, OAuth token, session cookie, Telegram token, full card number, expiry date, or card security code. Support will not ask for them.

  • Your DropHarbor account email and the page or feature involved.
  • What happened, when it started, the expected result, and any safe troubleshooting already attempted.
  • For billing: Paddle transaction/invoice ID, date, currency, and amount.
  • For Twitch progress: Twitch username, game/campaign/reward, and a screenshot of the official Drops inventory where useful.

Privacy and account deletion

Send privacy rights requests from the account email to [email protected]. You may also disconnect Twitch or Telegram, change notifications, and request deletion in Settings. We may ask for proportionate identity verification. Cancel an active Paddle renewal before deleting the DropHarbor account.

Security reports

Report a suspected account or data-security issue to [email protected] with the subject “Security”. Do not test against other users, access data beyond what is necessary to demonstrate the issue, disrupt production, or disclose a vulnerability publicly before we have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate.

Complaints and escalation

Mark a formal complaint clearly and state the outcome you seek. We will review relevant account, service, and payment records and respond in good faith. If the response does not resolve the matter, you retain any right to contact Paddle, your payment provider, a competent consumer or data-protection authority, or a court.
